Returns & Replacements

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

If your order has arrived and is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us by email or phone within 48 working hours of delivery.  We will then discuss the options available to you.

 

Changed your mind? Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order.

You must inform us within this period of your intention to cancel either by email or by telephone. Once you have informed us you have 14 days to return the product to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. The product must be in an unused, unsoiled condition, complete with all tags attached and in the original, undamaged packaging.  We suggest that you use a signed for/tracked method of return as products remain your responsibility until we have received them.

We will only issue full refunds once we have checked the products and are satisfied that they are in a resale able condition. The delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will be within 14 days of us receiving the returned product by the same payment method used at the time of order. Please include a note with your name and contact number along with your original purchase receipt.

 

Christmas Gifts

If you purchase anything from us between November 1st and December 25th you will have until January 15th to cancel the order. The product must be in an unused, unsoiled condition complete with all tags attached and in the original, undamaged packaging.  Usual procedures apply (please see above).

 

Faulty goods

Most products have a warranty of one year, some greater.  If after a period of use the product develops a fault that is not due to normal wear and tear please contact us to discuss your options.  Sometimes goods will need to be sent back to the manufacturers for testing before replacements can be issued. The cost of returning items is not covered under warranty and must be paid for by yourselves.  Repaired/replaced goods will be sent to you free of charge. Please note: Please make sure items are clean and boots are free from mud etc. before returning them as the manufacturers will not accept them and this will cause delays.
